Reina
Although Reina loves to travel, this San Diego native couldn’t imagine calling any other place home. She is loyal to the beautiful SoCal beaches, nearby deserts and mountains, and even sports teams. Yes, she still holds a place in her heart for the Chargers!
Reina stays busy around town with her three children, whom she affectionately refers to as her “hobbies”! She loves staying active with their busy soccer, baseball, and ballet schedules. On an off night, you might find them at the local bowling alley or movie theater.
Loyal to San Diego and her hobbies, Reina is also loyal to the mortgage industry. She entered the industry in 2002 and hasn’t looked back. Her years of experience have made her the mortgage expert she is today. “The path I have taken to my present day absolutely gives me insight and an edge over my competition,” she says.
Gaylord-Hansen Role
With an extensive background in processing, Reina is our resident guideline guru. She has complex knowledge that supports her current role as mortgage expert, where her main responsibilities include finding the best-suited loan programs for her borrowers. She ultimately educates and advises her clients on the loan structure that best meets their short- and long-term goals.
Connecting with the people she works with is one of Reina’s biggest motivators to come to work. “I have had the pleasure over the years to become close friends with many clients and look forward to continuing this in the years to come,” she says.
