Once you’re pre-approved and have a clear understanding of what type of home you can afford to reach your financial goals, it’s time to meet your REALTOR® and start the search for your new home. We’re happy to introduce you to a trusted real estate agent – we only work with the most friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable brokers in the area.

When you find the right home for you and your family, we’ll introduce you to your Personal Loan Manager who will serve as your concierge throughout the rest of the homebuying process. They’ll finalize your loan documents, walk you through the signing and wire transfer process, and ensure you enjoy a quick closing.

They’ll guide you through each step to ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met. Once you’re in contract, you’ll receive video updates every Friday with an entire summary of activity for the week.
