Julie
Julie’s entire professional career has been in the mortgage industry. She has an incredible work ethic and drive to succeed at everything she does.
Growing up in Sacramento, she worked at her mother’s beauty salon which instilled the importance of work early on. She then started out as a receptionist at a mortgage company and quickly moved through the ranks into processing and then originating. Her leadership qualities also led her into management helping her to develop skills to solve problems in a collaborative way.
Julie is very caring and conscientious about her clients. She takes personal responsibility to ensure the transaction closes on-time and as smoothly as possible. She is proactive keeping her files on-track and communicating early and often to ensure an on-time closing.

Julie’s role is mortgage origination. Her vast experience in all facets of the mortgage industry allows her to share her knowledge with clients to ensure they are choosing the right mortgage to meet their personal financial goals.
There is a big misperception in our industry that the lowest interest rate is the best option. This is not always the case. Each borrower has a different story and different financial needs. Julie has the innate ability to listen intently and provide the best options for the borrower. She genuinely cares about her clients working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
